Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.
An overview of the countries we currently deliver to is shown during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within:
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
The delivery period begins:
- for payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution,
- for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall end on the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
The following shipping rates apply:
- Germany: €5.99
- Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.00
- European Union: €6.99
For orders containing multiple items, shipping costs are charged only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Shipping Provider
Shipping is handled by DHL or a comparable shipping provider.
5. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries where this is reasonable for you.
No additional shipping costs will be charged to you as a result.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery agent as soon as possible and inform us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.
7. Customs Duties and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and must be borne by the customer. These are payable not to us, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities.
