Returns and Refunds

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at support@morphano.com.

Consumers within the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out separately in our Withdrawal Policy.

Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless free returns are explicitly offered for the relevant product or order.

If the goods delivered are defective or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping costs.

For orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), Amazon may provide the return label. In such cases, the return conditions shown in the respective return workflow apply.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, any refund due will be issued using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Excluded Returns

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed goods are excluded from return once the seal has been removed, where legally permitted.

Additional Return Conditions

In addition to any statutory rights, the return conditions shown for the respective product at the time of purchase shall apply.
